History of Recognition and Choice Awards

Corporate recognition initially included emblems which had metal numbers or a logo design. Then, as time went on, jewels, stones, custom color arrangements were added. Some companies eventually developed custom programs that offered a variety of gifts and packages, but this proved quite costly.

Choice recognition programs entered the scene shortly thereafter, and exploded in popularity due to their ability to fulfill the requirements of a service award program, without the extra cost.
